The Law Office of Jeffrey C. Grass handles state and federal criminal defense, healthcare practitioner defense and military defense for clients in Dallas, the surrounding communities of North Texas, and nationwide. Our firm provides high-quality and professional service at a personal level for those charged with state or federal crimes, for healthcare practitioners facing loss of license or loss of medical staff privileges, and for military personnel facing criminal charges or involuntary separation.

We believe in taking a comprehensive approach to addressing our clients’ needs, not just his or her current legal issue. Our mission is to help our clients put their lives back on track. In the aftermath of their case, attorney Jeff Grass helps his clients find resources for counseling, social work, rehabilitation and job training whenever they are needed. For over a decade, The Law Office of Jeffrey C. Grass has provided a source of comprehensive legal counseling and legal representation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and throughout the United States.

Dedicated Criminal Defense Lawyer Jeff Grass

As a former judge advocate general (JAG) in the United States Navy, attorney Jeff Grass represented clients in over 100 criminal trials and has taken cases from administrative hearings all the way to the United States Supreme Court. In his 15 years of practice, Mr. Grass has developed the ability to evaluate cases quickly, determine the proper strategy for resolving those cases, and understand the problems his clients are facing.

Jeff Grass is one of the pioneers in the field of peer review and medical licensure defense. Starting in the late 1990s, Mr. Grass and a handful of other lawyers began to evaluate the laws regarding medical care and licensure, including the Health Care Quality Improvement Act.

He was one of the first to represent physicians and healthcare practitioners in relation to Healthcare Quality Improvement Act (HCQIA) in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is currently working with several associations of doctors and lawyers to change or eliminate certain provisions of the HCQIA and the wrongful treatment of healthcare practitioners.
